I'm learning all my favourite songs like American idiot, Good riddance (time of your life) by Green Day as well as Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple. Dominic is great fun and he makes me laugh. I'm learning a lot of new chords and songs.

I had been trying to teach myself for a couple of years but found I hit a few barriers, so i asked Dominic for extra lessons. Dominic since then has helped me achieve a lot of my goals including playing the blues and helped me break out of a few boxes, focusing on rhythm techniques and blues shuffles, we are now currently studying blues guitar solos and learning to play songs by my favourite artists, BB King, Eric Clapton, Muddy Waters, Johnny Cash & Robert Johnson".

I have had other tutors, but I find Dominic has been excellent in helping me achieve some of my musical goals and understand a lot more about the guitar and different styles such as finger picking and lead guitar which I really enjoy. I first heard about Dominic on the "registered guitar tutors" website when I was looking for a new tutor and now he has been teaching me for over eighteen months. He is a more than competent tutor. I have also been along to his Saturday workshops at the WSCC schools which I found really good because it got me playing with some other guitar players and he is now encouraging me to come along to a jam night he is running locally."

Extremely adaptable, more like a friend than a tutor, he caters for the needs of the less experienced with patience and perseverance, whilst being equally at home teaching advanced techniques to those pupils with greater ability. He obviously lives for his music and, whilst his forte is rock and blues, he seems to be able to turn his hand to almost any other genre or style.
